Seller of a vehicle has 10 calendar days to submit a Notice of Transfer to the Vehicle Registration & Licensing Office.

Seller will not be released from liability until this notice is recorded. The notice of transfer must be complete with the new owners name, address and the date of sale, and the vehicle description.
