Summer Legal Clerkship Positions
Paid summer clerkship(s) for law students 1L - 3L. Perform paralegal and legal work in support of attorneys which require substantial judgment and discretion in the application of knowledge of legal procedures, practices, and law. Perform legal research; assist with interviews, prepare drafts, outlines, or summaries of legal subjects, laws, statutes, briefs, and other legal documents. Perform other related duties as needed by the office.

Attorney Positions

Represent in a pro-active, prompt, and proficient manner the Office of the Mayor, all County departments, boards and commissions, and County employees in all litigation matters within the course and scope of their employment (with the exception of impeachment proceedings). Interact with clients, the public, and fellow employees professionally at all times. Keep abreast of recent developments in the law, display a willingness to learn, provide excellent service, and unqualifiedly support the vision and mission of the office.
